Small-group reformer classes on our patented Xercizer — pilates rebuilt with cardio and strength training, led by certified instructors who coach every rep. Never touched a reformer? That's exactly what our first session is designed for.
New clients only · Books in under 2 minutes · 1027 Fulton St, Brooklyn
IM=X® stands for Integrated Movement Xercize — a reformer method created by exercise physiologist Elyse McNergney that layers cardio intervals, strength training, and spine-stabilization work on top of classical pilates.
Every option is for new clients only and includes real coaching on the reformer — not a sales tour.

Your instructor sets your spring loads, corrects your form, and offers modifications the whole way through. Expect to be sore in the best way.
IM=X® is a complete system of over 250 sequences that can be blended in a countless number of ways. Some sessions will be completely on the Xercizer (reformer) while others will incorporate elements of mat, tower, cardio, strength training, ballet barre, and more.

The signature session — a full-body reformer workout that tones and stretches every muscle group while burning calories, working from hips and legs upward.

The strength-training take on mat pilates — lengthening and stabilization work built around IM=X's unique choreography.

Spring-resistance sequences that sculpt your abdominal wall, all three layers of back muscle, shoulders, arms, hips and legs.

Plyometric intervals on the Xercizer's jumpboard — the cardio hit that makes your gym membership redundant.

Ballet-inspired, zero dance experience required — pliés, tendus and arabesques fused with ring stabilization and spring resistance.

Stabilization, flexibility and assisted range-of-motion work — the mobility session the rest of your training is missing.

Targeted split sessions — abs, shoulders, chest and arms one day, hips, thighs and legs the next. Always core-first.
Formats rotate through the week — view the full class schedule to see what's on right now, or contact us and we'll point you to the right class for your level.
Every class is small-group on the reformer, so spots are limited. Booking opens up to 30 minutes before class — fully booked? Join the waitlist and we'll text you if a spot opens.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class. For safety reasons, if you haven't arrived by the start of class, you won't be able to join and the late cancellation policy will apply. Intro offers are strictly for new clients only and limited to one of each type per person.
Grip socks are mandatory for all reformer classes. If you forget yours, we have them available to purchase at the studio. Wear comfortable workout gear without zippers or hardware that could damage the reformer carriage.
Monthly memberships auto-renew exactly one month from your first booked class. Unused classes on limited memberships do not roll over to the next month. Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. Elite and Unlimited memberships include a 14-day hold allowance per year.
Single classes expire 30 days from purchase. 5-packs expire after 2 months. 10-packs expire after 3 months. 20-packs expire after 6 months. Expirations are firm and cannot be extended.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on classes, memberships, privates, or retail items. If you have a medical emergency, please contact the studio.
Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late for a class will not be admitted. This policy exists to protect the flow of class for all members and for safety reasons.
Please schedule classes appropriate to your ability and experience level. Do not book an advanced class if you are not yet qualified — this preserves the integrity and experience of the class for everyone. If you're unsure which level is right for you, ask our team before booking.
No cell phones on the studio floor during class. Wipe down your reformer and equipment thoroughly after use (wipes are provided). Respect your instructor and fellow members — we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating the studio culture.
